I´m a friend of Jan Wennerström, and a happy owner of a Volga 70 namned "Kalashnikov", living in south part of Sweden. The passed summer I have been driving really hard outsea and found out that Volgas is even good "seaboats". My Volga is one of the export models, coming from Black Sea to France, and from France with the originally VP MD32- engine broken. I have put in a VP AQD40A from 1979, but with only approx 900 hours driven.
