These craft are the three Supramar Hydrofoils of the POT3 (often called PT3) type, which were built for the Hessian Waterway Police in 1955. The boats, called Hessen 2, Hessen 6 & Hessen 10 were used until the late 1970s. All three have now been sold. I have found the former Hessen 2 in Germany. The whereabouts of the remaining craft is unknown.
