Built: Russia In 1983

This hydrofoil is in Albania and has suffered considerable damage to the starboard side above the waterline. It has been run recently, and was foilbourne at some time in 1998.

It was for sale, in the early part of 1999 but the situation at the moment is unkown. It was owned by the Albanian Government, but the political situation in Albania is very unstable.

Henry Butcher, the London auctioneers were selling many items for the Albanian Government. Henry Butcher have finnished their work in Albania and the hydrofoil remained unsold when they left. They have no further connection with Albania. Acording to them, Albania is a fairly lawless place at the moment, and establishing ownership and getting goods out of the country is likely to be difficult.

If interested, contact the Albanian Government or the Tirana office of Deloitte & Touche.
